JASCO Consulting Pty. Ltd, a successful and progressive systems integrator, is seeking to employ an ICT Project Manager to be part of our team. 

The successful applicant must have

• No less than 5 years' experience in IT Infrastructure project management.
• Certification in known Project management methodology (i.e. Prince 2, PMI)
• To be an experienced people manager with a tertiary business qualification
• Strong leadership skills, managing project resources and sub-contractors
• Demonstrated leadership experience as the project lead throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ability to lead, negotiate and influence others
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience with delivering Telstra ICT, Complex Data and Cloud solutions

  The role involves the following;

• Act as primary customer contact for project activities, leading project review sessions with customer.
• Communicate project status with customers, project team and business managers on a regular basis.
• Coordinate, manage, monitor and control allocated projects and programs, within schedule, cost and technical constraints:
• Develop and maintain project schedule as required:
• Review allocated projects to ensure unambiguous specification of requirements and to identify changes in scope from the original proposal.
• Identify and develop opportunities for enhancing project scope through contract changes.
• Select and manage third party service providers for use in system solutions

• Liaising with Senior Technical specialists and Resource manager to ensure effective scheduling.
• Driving employees' focus and activities to support the achievement of benefits realisation
• Ensure end to end project documentation completed.
• Responsible for Project budget and billing cycle.
• Responsible for the ordering, delivery and billing of Telstra ICT, Complex Data and Cloud solutions

  The ideal candidate must be able to work largely unsupervised and be highly self-motivated. Must be a proven team leader with management experience. They will have an analytical mind and be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. As the position involves a great deal of interaction with customers and other JASCO team members, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as are a strong work ethic and an equally strong focus on customer service.

  The position will involve travel and as such it is essential the applicant requires a full drivers' licence and reliable vehicle. An attractive salary package, including a laptop and mobile are provided.
