An exciting opportunity exists for an HR Payroll Business / Data Analyst to join this well-regarded organisation to assist with a payroll and HRIS implementation project.
  
Your role will be to support the HR Process Lead and work closely with the SI assisting with the Payroll / HRIS changes across people, processes and systems.

Your key accountabilities in this role will be to:-

• Support the HR Process Lead as the Payroll (Chris21) and HRIS (SuccessFactors) SME to ensure the successful implementation of Payroll and the HRIS integration project.
• Documentation of processes through requirements elicitation and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborating with stakeholders and service providers in producing business requirements and the integration requirements between HRIS and Payroll system and their deployment activities
• Data mapping, data cleansing and data migration support. Contribution to the development of business conversion rules.
• Assisting in parallel runs, including undertaking end to end testing covering UAT and System integration testing.
• Transition and cutover

Suitable candidates will have a working knowledge of Chris21 payroll system and SuccessFactors HRIS and the related modules.  You will have a deep level of understanding of payroll functional components coupled with a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation.  You will bring strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent oral and written communication skills together with the ability to work systematically and use own initiative will be highly regarded.
