Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity is now available for a Technical Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role within the Raytheon Australia IT team. The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for development of future IT capabilities for Raytheon Australia. Reporting to the IT DevOps Manager, the Technical Delivery Lead will be required to lead and execute, complex enterprise-level development projects consisting of multiple teams including external partners and contractors. The Technical Deliver Lead will utilise contemporary platforms, methodologies and a human centred design approach to develop compelling solutions that maximise user experience and improve productivity in a constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and develop solutions for multiple complex technology systems, and to provide guidance and advice to program sponsors, business and technology stakeholders to assist with the successful delivery of business and customer objectives
• Deliver development services across multiple delivery streams within a given program
• Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to determine solution architecture outcomes.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to understand and communicate the concerns of different stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business
• Administration, Engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus
• SCRUM / Agile Certification (Developer / Master)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance
• Good judgment and analytical skills; strong follow-up and organisational skills
• Extensive experience with Sharepoint, Office 365, Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Able to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
