New role for a technically astute Level 2/3 Support Engineer to take the #1 NSW role – this unique opportunity would suit someone who has run their own IT Services business, but miss the structure and camaraderie of having a supportive team around you.

You will be someone who has years of experience providing technical support and expertise to a range of external SMB customers in various industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Mining, Prof Services and more.

The main technology stacks under support are mainly Microsoft-shaped – Windows Servers, Office 365 / Exchange,  PC’s/Laptops, Printers etc.

Any experience with Azure would be well regarded.

The main thing here is around your work ethic, personality, ability to work effectively autonomously and work well with the wider team based in Brisbane.   You will be absolutely customer-first and be accountable for your work and outcomes.

You may be running your own IT Support business right now or in the past but maybe missing support, training and structure = this could be the role you have been waiting for!
