A large, complex government organisation is seeking an experienced ICT Training Development Officer to oversee training activities for an online portal system. You will ideally have a background working in government departments, and will be responsible for developling and delivering quality training material, producing training communications.
This is an initial 12 month contract opportunity, located in Brisbane CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design training schedules and deliver training for new participants as required
- Develop and deliver targeted communication on training activities
- Work closely with the project team to support timeframes for deliverables
- Facilitate workshops and deliver training
- Support business transition activities providing awareness of changes to systems and business processes via presentations and briefings
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders
- Assist with the development of training plans and training needs analysis as required.
- Develop and maintain the training schedule and deliver training as required including managing training logistics
Desirable Role Requirements:
- Cert IV Training and Assessment
- Graphic design skills
- E-learning training development
- Experience working within an Agile project team, preferably in a government environment
