The Role:
Reporting to Head of MarTech and Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analysing and presenting data to the marketing team and to the wider business.
The analytics team has very ambitious business goals to reach in the next 15 months. So we are looking for data professionals who have both the ‘can do attitude’ and can take ownership and drive their area of specialty, that one step further. You will play a role in driving strategic customer program initiatives & campaigns and identifying customer retention and growth opportunities.
You will create, track and regularly report on different market segments for each of the insurances and banking verticals. In addition to that, you will proactively collaborate closely with data, product and IT teams to understand how the data is used and its relationship to business goals.
Skills Required
- 2+ years experience in a Data Analysis roles;
- Highly Proficient in SQL for Data Extraction and Data Analysis;
- Experience in building insights dashboards and visualisations using Tableau;
- Experience with AI and Machine Learning cloud technologies;
- Demonstrable proficiency in Python, R (preferred) or a deep understanding and experience with other languages;
- Strong communications skills, presentable and professional with clients;
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to use formulas to present data in a clear and concise manner;
- Working knowledge of web, database, and marketing technologies;
- Interpret and communicate insights drawn from multiple data sources;
- Experience in identifying commercial insights that deliver business value.
Desirable
- Experience in setting up workflows in Azure Logic Apps;
- Tertiary education or studying toward: Economics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics;
- Experience with DataRobot propensity model development.
