To provide effective and efficient, high quality service to Digicor internal and external customers in order to meet and exceed the company’s goals

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical Support via e-mail, phone and on-site service
  • Provide after-hours, on-call and/or standby support to customer base
  • Assist sales team for technical clarification
  • Hands on skill on quality system assembling
  • Warranty and RMA product support
  • Work as a team member with other technicians, contributing to the culture of the company
  • Internal IT Infrastructure Management
  • Internal Stock Management

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience Required:

  • IT Professional certifications
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience as a hardware technician and/or field engineering role with hands on experience
  • The ability to provide after hours and standby / on-call support is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science will be an added advantage

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Knowledge on server and storage components
  • Knowledge on Microsoft products
  • Knowledge on RAID technology and configuration
  • Server assembly knowledge and experience will be highly regarded
  • Onsite hardware break-fix experience
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Professional certification will be an added advantage
