Integrix Pty Ltd is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team based in Sydney to provide quality support to our client base. You will be working within a small team with a mix of operational and project work covering client systems, servers, networks and cloud services.

Duties

Telephone and Onsite support
Technical support and troubleshooting
Maintain internal controls across security, access, reporting
Incident management
Hands-on configuration and installation of equipment
Operational checks

Required Skills

Excellent customer service skills
Hands-on experience supporting desktops and laptops
Good understanding of security principles and technologies.
Experience with cloud technologies
Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work to meet deadlines
Able to follow instruction
Attention to detail
