We are currently recruiting for a Power BI Developer for a long term contract based in Canberra.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of SSRS reporting and experience with Power BI Report Development.

As a Report Developer, you will conduct work under limited direction, define business requirements, define data sources, deliver reporting objectives and provide professional advice within area.

The ideal candidate must be able to collaborate within a team and help assist people by developing self-serve reports using Power BI and troubleshoot to identify ways of enhancing existing reporting.

The ideal candidate must have baseline security clearance to be considered for the role.

Essential skills and experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a SSRS Report
• Experience with Power BI Report Development
• Knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services
• Knowledge of SQL Sever Integration Services (SSIS)
• Experience designing, developing and implementation of SSRS/Power BI reports
• Database design, development and modeling (SQL Server)
• Experience in Business Intelligence and Data and Visual Analytics
• Well-developed communication skills

Must be able to work in an agile software development environment.
