The Role:
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service
- Handling a High Volume of Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Administrative Duties
- Liaising with Engineers and Technicians
- Following up on Customer Escalations
- Assisting with Technical Enquiries
Your DNA:
- A Strong Background in Customer Service
- Previous Call Centre Experience - Inbound and Outbound
- An IT/Technology Background
- A Driven and Determined Attitude
- Excellent Communication Skills - Both Written and Verbal
- Willingness to Learn
- Positive Approach to Work
