About the company
An award-winning Global EdTech company used by hundreds of leading schools are seeking a Junior Helpdesk Technician to join their team on a full-time permanent basis located in North Sydney.

This role will develop into a critical frontline role, you'll be responsible for dealing with clients request via phone and email ensuring their clients take full advantage of all software offered. You will understand, diagnose and fix IT related technical issues.

  
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide technical support (written and telephone) to their clients (Teachers/Students/Parents) across Australia 
• Create a thorough understand of their product and services
• Provide internal support on an adhoc basis
• Participate in projects to improve documentation, data and processes
• Probe heavily into the technical issues, solve or escalate issue in timely manner
• Help them achieve a closer rating to 100% customer satisfaction
• Issue professional and excellent customer service at all times

Skills & Experience
• 1-2 years experience in similar helpdesk role
• Worked in a similar role or a customer service role previously
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven to learn during work and in your own time
• HTML coding and SQL skills (Very Advantageous!!!)
