My client is a market-leading ERP Vendor with a global reach and an impressive product suite. With a strong array of cloud based products on offer and their Australian clients required upgrades/enhancements/new implementations etc they are now looking for a talented ERP Consultant (Financials) to join their Sydney based National Professional Services Team.
Candidates must have a professional accounting qualification/degree (CIMA, ACA etc) to be considered for the role.
My client's customer base is focused around the Manufacturing industry so ideally candidates will have prior Manufacturing experience and a good grasp of manufacturing business processes or have worked in related domains and have an interest in this space.
This is an end to end Consulting role, working as part of a small team of Professional Services Consultants, you will help customers implement and utilise my clients software more effectively and be responsible for training, configuration, running workshops/gathering requirements, business solution/process design, implementation, deployment etc. Whilst their maybe a designated Project Manager for larger engagements you will PM smaller engagements so any experience in this area would be well regarded.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful track record on Financials ERP implementations and have the smarts and ambition to want to develop expertise in my clients product suite. The ability to utilise my clients inhouse classroom and online training resources to skill yourself up and then deliver training to clients is a key component. The ability to create workarounds, overcome roadblocks on projects, influence key stakeholders and outcomes is essential. I am looking for polished and credible ERP Manufacturing Consultants who can build relationships with key stakeholders in a client business and have a solutions focused approach and strong diagnostic/problem solving skills. The ability to understand complex business processes and perform business/systems analysis is key.
Projects will vary in length and complexity and clients maybe Sydney/NSW based but also out of state as well. Travel will be a component of the role so candidates must be flexible regarding this. 
Key metrics for success will be billable hours/utilisation and customer feedback etc so candidates must be comfortable with the dynamics of consulting.
