To be considered for the role you will need the following skills
- Providing level 1 and 2 technical support to end users.
- Desktop Support experience
- Experience with Android & iOS devices
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management platforms
- Experience with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth technologies
- Solid experience with end user technology support
- Broad knowledge in the use of a wide range of software and hardware technologies including desktop, network, and cloud based systems
- Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills; good telephone manner and an ability to analyse and prioritise an issue.
