Your new company
This organisation is based in the heart of the East with large aspirations to be a leader in their market. This fantastic opportunity lies for an energetic and talented hands on candidate who will also have responsibility for starting this Digital project at its early stages.
Your new role
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for initiating the website redevelopment project and supporting project activities until a permanent recruitment process can be completed. You will be required to do the following:
- Ensure project delivery to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the strategy, plan and business case to contribute to the overall integrity of the program and business benefits realisation.
- Assist in building, definition, design, development, enhancement, maintenance, and testing of the technical framework for the creation of applications by translating client needs into specific system, application designs and/or process maps to achieve the business objective.
- Manage third party contributions to the initiative as appropriate, the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and minimise the risks to the program’s successful outcome.
What you'll need to succeed
This requires an experienced PM that is very familiar with these types of digital projects and has delivered on multiple occasions. You will need the following:
- At least 7 years’ experience in the delivery of digital projects in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to select, use and evaluate a variety of new digital media channels, content management systems (CMS) and social and mobile platforms and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver improved web service business models, enterprise web information architecture, analysis and development of technical and functional web specifications for content, external website redevelopment; web hosting, web security and privacy policies and practices.
- Strong understanding of design thinking and human centred design approaches.
- High level writing skills for a variety of audiences and the ability to analyse and interpret data
