The Client
Our client, a fast gorwing MSP based just outside of Brisbane CBD are currently looking for a Level 1 / 2 IT Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fast growing company who are making huge strides in the service provider market looking after small & medium sized businesses.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible and able to demonstrate the following:
- Be responsible for Providing level 1 and 2 technical support onsite and remotely
- Ability to work proactively and under pressure
- Proactive support maintaining client IT environments
- Work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Assisting senior technicians
Your Profile
The successful candidate will also be able to show an understanding of the following:
- Experience building computers
- Experience with the following operating systems ( Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Office 365, Mac OS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone manner and customer service
- A solid knowledge of back up systems
