About the Role

You will be actively involved with level 2 service desk escalations across a variety of technologies. Previous experience in a managed services business would be highly beneficial and desirable.
  
In this role you will contribute as a key technical member on systems maintenance, and level 2 escalations. 

About You:
  • Experience in administering and supporting large enterprise environments
  • Office 365
  • Windows Server 08 - 2012 
  • Exchange, Active Directory
  • Relevant industry or technology certification
  • Ability to work weekends required
