One of the busiest firms in the Sydney are looking for a Delivery Lead, with a background in Data Analytics, to manage and co-ordinate the Analytics team. 

This is a long contract which will take you through to 2020 and will see you working for a quickly-growing organisation known for their contractor retention and growth.

The role:
 
As a Delivery Lead you'll be acting as a conduit between the Data Analytics team and the Business to ensure delivery aligns to the companies best practice. 

You'll be coordinating projects to ensure requirements are met, leading a team to identify data issues and developing insights that support that wider strategic business plans. 


You are:

Ideally, you’re a Delivery Lead who started their career in Data & Analytics and you have now moved on to leading your own team. 
 
Coming from a finance, insurance or health background is ideal and you’ll have an understanding of the software delivery lifecycle. 

You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you have the opportunity to build trust with key stakeholders.

Skills / Experience:

• Delivery Lead Experience Ideal Health consulting ideal
• Excellent Vendor Liaison and Management skills
• Strong relationship building skills & stakeholder management capabilities imperative
• Qualifications in social services, business, computer science or similar an advantage
• Understanding of software delivery life cycle
• Experience in business statistic reporting and analysis ideal
