Attribute Group is working with a leading IT Strategy & Consulting business on an exciting project for one of their Melbourne based clients. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist for an initial 6-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension. The position is to join a market leader by driving personalisation capabilities through an integrated Digital Marketing strategy.
  
Role Description
    • Drive personalisation capabilities against an integrated Digital Marketing strategy.
    • Continual optimisation of personalisation capabilities across all digital media channels to deliver against online and tele-sales targets.
    • Working closely with the Digital marketing, Data and IT teams, function as a technical lead and system consultant for digital personalisation capabilities.
    • Constructing and proposing solution architecture in the Digital Personalisation domain and help build technical solutions that integrate into the wider Digital Marketing ecosystem
  
Experience
    • Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in managing and optimising audience-specific, multi-channel Personalisation strategies (social, SEM, display and email) that generate leads, increase online engagement, improve conversions/ROI and user experience
    • Extensive experience in end-to-end management (design, content development, governance, maintenance and SEO) of large and complex websites using content management systems; optimising user journeys and improving conversions on campaign websites and landing pages using A/B and multivariate testing
    • Experience functioning as a technical lead and system consultant for digital personalisation solutions.
    • End-to-end technical ownership of digital personalisation platforms.
    • Hands-on implementation of bespoke web technologies
    • Experience in communicating technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
    • Hands-on in writing JSON & creating RESTful APIs and coding and debugging JavaScript
    • Understanding of web tools such as browser debuggers, inspecting network traffic, etc
    • Ability in scaling proof-of-concepts to operational solutions
    • Experience setting up Google Cloud Platform and associated cloud services (Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) is highly beneficial
    • Experience with marketing automation tool such as Salesforce Marketing cloud, Salesforce social studio
    • Exposure to Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Squiz Matrix
    • Understanding of the global IoT standards, event streaming, current and up-and-coming trends with regards to the role of big data and web analytics in a personalisation context
  
Qualifications
  • Any Digital Marketing qualifications and/or relevant work experience within the industry
  • Certified or relevant Tertiary Education in IT and/or Marketing
