Company:  Is a leading global provider of Automotive Finance and Equipment Leasing software to banks and finance companies.  Their product range is end to end, from origination through receivables management, collections and financial management.
 
Opportunity:  Due to the conquest of new clients in Australia and Europe, there has been a massive increase in projects which they are seeking full time / permanent Business Analysts.
 
Role:  Is a permanent role working with Asia pacific clients on both new functionality and/or new client system migrations.  There have also been a number of new client appointments made in Europe which are likely to require you to work overseas for short periods as those projects progress.
With the amount of projects underway this company has created additional headcount, but is open to the level of seniority as they can accommodate BA's, Senior BA's and or Program Managers.
With 100% of the client base being Finance companies and leasing businesses, the role will be a Subject Matter Expert on all Asset finance products as you develop client solutions considering Tax, finance legislation, accounting standards using terminology the clients understand.
Along with being a leasing and finance subject matter expert, this role will be managing stakeholders both internal and with clients, to ensure delivery within the required deadlines.  With the success of new client wins, customer satisfaction is critical though the SDLC process.
 
Requirements:  We are seeking to discuss this role with candidates who best demonstrate the following skills and experience:

1. Subject Matter Expert level knowledge of equipment finance and leasing products 
2. Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related discipline are preferred
3. Past business improvement experience, ideally including IT system changes
4. Previous experience to building complex financial pricing models is highly regarded
5. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
