Our business is growing and we are seeking to add highly skilled and motivated people to our teams.
  
Due to ongoing business success, we have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the team based at our South Melbourne office. Reporting to and working alongside the Senior Business Analyst, the Business Analyst supports business objectives and improvements through data and process analysis using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. 
  
This newly created role works closely with relevant business Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) on various projects to deliver value added performance and reporting to internal and external customers. This role will engage with various business departments, to fully integrate the solution into the business to drive operational improvement across a growing national business.

Key responsibilities will include: 
  • Creation and design of specifications requested in conjunction with the Senior Business Analyst
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to document business processes effectively
  • Ensure appropriate infrastructure elements, including documents, periodicals, manuals, policy documents etc. are kept up to date and are available
  • Monitor changes to baseline requirements with the use of application of change control processes and tools
  • Make contributions in the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts and perform test execution
  • Serve as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) escalation point 
  • Prepare instructional manuals or job aids, data setup requirements, flows and procedures as documentation
  • Develop training documentation and train end-users
To be successful, you display:
  • Knowledge and understanding of an ERP 
  • Understanding of ERP implementation is highly beneficial
  • Functional requirement gatherings and documentation experience
  • Fit-Gap analysis and submitting business cases for change
  • End User training and support
  • Reports development 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • IT/Commerce qualifications
The ideal candidate has some experience in processes mapping and documenting business requirements, gathering and producing user guides and how-to manuals.
