Role Requirements:

• Experience working with customer portals or internal business portal experience.
• Must have experience with digital projects, CMS deployment and complex integrated self service functions.
• CMS experience - Sitecore, drupal, adobe or similar
• An understanding of API's and how they work, as well as data exchange - SOAP, XML.
• Gather requirements and conduct analysis using Agile techniques
• Facilitate workshops, including requirements gathering sessions
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure needs are met
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
• Well-developed documentation skills.
