Job Description

We have a huge opportunity at JobAdder to forever change the way that recruitment works.  If you've ever applied for a job and thought about how broken the process is, then this is your opportunity to be actively involved in fixing it.

You’ll be part of a small, but rapidly growing technology team, responsible for developing and delivering products and systems to delight our customers. We are a diverse team with a 50/50 split of female and male coming from a dozen countries. Your day-to-day will focus largely on building solutions using a Microsoft technology stack. There will be many opportunities to have a huge impact across a wide variety of products and projects.


Things we’re looking for:

• Enthusiasm to contribute, learn and be part of the team
• Demonstrated strong spoken and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft .Net technologies, specifically C#, MVC, Razor, Entity Framework, Web API & MSSQL
• Passion for software quality and maintainability
• A strong understanding of SOLID and OOP principles
• Hands-on HTML5, CSS and Javascript experience using any modern framework such as ReactJS, Knockout or Ember (we use Angular).
• Git or a similar distributed version system is a necessity

Desirable

• Bachelor’s / College Degree
• Cloud experience - AWS or Azure, including integrating SaaS solutions
• Experience with CI & CD tooling such as TeamCity and Octopus Deploy
• Opinions on how to best work with and evolve legacy systems
