Our client is currently looking for an experienced Level 3 Support Engineer to join their team.

Our client is a well establish Managed Service Provider in Western Sydney.
Description
• Represent our client in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that requests for services are actioned and resolved within SLA limits.
• Take ownership of escalated tickets and action until resolved.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis to customers.
• Identify Problem issues and provide recommendations and/or solutions.
• Be the subject matter experts in nominated fields.
• Be able to design and implement solutions from conception to deployment to sign-off.
• Follow processes and guidelines to achieve the best outcome.
• Provide customers with regular updates.
• Ensure that industry best practices and benchmarks are applied whenever possible.
• Provide technical leadership and feedback to Level 1 and Level 2 SDE’s.
• Ensure that documentation is up to date.
Profile
Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundations
- MCSA Office 365
- MCSA Windows Server 2012/16
- MCSE Productivity
- Sophos Certified Engineer
- Sophos Certified Architect
- VMware VCP - Data Centre Virtualisation
- CCNA - Routing and Switching
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Level 2/3 Service Desk Engineer in a MSP environment.
Knowledge:
- Across the board basic knowledge of various technologies.
