You will drive the Green field development across the MS Stack and be responsible for introducing best practice processes and procedures to streamline delivery.

The company has grown so much it is now embarking on new initiatives to streamline the business and improve the process from idea to production.
Description
- Assist the software team with reaching maturity in terms of best practice design/coding/methodologies/tools
- Lead by example in terms of efficient coding practices, including acting as the lead technical architect
- Help craft and then take accountability for delivering to an agreed roadmap
- Upkeep of the collaborative and strong culture within the business
Profile
You will come from a development background and still relish in developing clean code, leveraging from modern design patters and methodologies, including new technologies and tool. This would include Agile, Devops, Microservices, Cloud.
You will have extensive experience of application architecture and product development working to set timelines and navigating the needs of both internal and/or external stakeholders.
Being up to date with the MS stack, you will be able to switch between a hands on and hands off role, whilst juggling managerial and technical leadership responsibilities and have a passion for technology that is evident.
