My client is an independent Australian company that designs and delivers solutions to streamline customer journeys. Their solutions are used every day all over Australia and beyond. They make every customer interaction matter in Government, Healthcare, Education, and Retail industries.

Description

  • Responsible for a full range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the Operations Team and wider organisation.

  • The Business Analyst will design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.

  • The Business Analyst will be involved in the development of products, services and processes which enhance the business proposition and support the strategic direction of the team and business.

  • The Business Analyst will support project delivery and fulfil a critical project administration and information management role with a number of key projects for the business unit and the company.

  • The Business Analyst will be the functional expert on the specified application(s) and a primary point of contact between Operations, the wider business, customers, vendors and partners.

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years in Business Analyst role or related field.

  • Involvement in large scale projects, project administration, information management, and gathering / managing business requirements.

  • Proven ability to develop, document and maintain operational policies and procedures, including the design and documentation of detailed process flows, and the development of operational performance and quality metric standards and reports.

  • Proven experience working with Excel and developing and maintaining various analyses and reporting tools.

  • Experience in workforce planning, workforce management, queuing and customer flow type environments.

  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude contributing to business improvements and successful project delivery.

  • Experience working with commonly used productivity and efficiency methods.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Working knowledge of MS Visio and MS Project

  • Business product end user proficiency

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
