The Role
Lead a team of 12 as they develop innovative Fin Services tech solutions. Develop, simplify, and continuously improve their software engineering capability. You'll be enhancing engineering capabilities, improving technical practices, and helping to shape the future of their approaches, platforms, and frameworks.

Required Experience

• Expert knowledge of technical architecture, software engineering, and infrastructure
• Demonstrable experience developing architectures in multiple diverse domains and application stacks
• Previous experience in DevOps and continuous delivery
• Demonstrated experience with multiple languages + technologies (e.g. Java, .NET, Ruby, front end techs such as Angular, React, etc.)
• Ability to bring, through past successes, immediate credibility as an extremely capable engineering leader
• Experience with Python and/or React will be highly regarded
