This organisation are undergoing a transformation of online customer services and internal business transformation through the development of a highly scalable and adaptable Digital Services Platform - is a multi-year program of work that is focused on enabling digital business and service transformation with a customer first, mobile first approach.
 
They are a friendly, flexible, professional and results driven team, who are collaborative and passionate about this exciting program! They are based in the hart of the CBD, and there is long term potential in this contract.

 
As such they seek the following skills and experience:

• Expertise in eliciting, comprehending, mapping, documenting, analyzing, testing and validating business requirements & documentation specifications
• Experience in testing requirements & acceptance criteria
• Experience in data investigation and analysis;
• Technical skills in Cloud technology on AWS & Azure
• Experience in applying Human Centered Design principles to technology solutions
• Experience working on systems selection/vendor selection and tendering processes with procurement
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall frameworks and/or techniques
• Experience on digital projects nice to have
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a team playing mindset
