Seeking a suitably qualified professional Solution Architect to join the team of consultants in Melbourne. The prerequisites for this role are a minimum of 7 years’ experience and a real passion of Business Process Management (BPM). Must be self-motivated, be able to work independently and with a team of Consultants and Modellers, be willing to learn and have a motivation to help others achieve their objectives.

Description
- Work with a team of Consultants and Modellers to establish specific account plans and strategies.
- Analyse sales prospects' requirements and propose the best possible solution.
- Create and deliver demonstrations, presentations, prototypes, POC/POV and map features/benefits.
- Provide on-going technical support to well-qualified prospects conducting evaluations.
- Understand the most important phases of an ARIS modelling project
- Be able to configure ARIS for your project specific requirements
- Know how to use ARIS functionality for process analysis to optimise your specific processes
Profile
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in BPM and Business process improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years in the role of an external consultant.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the repository-based modelling tool ARIS, actively applying Architectural concepts with the tool and understanding administrative aspects of the tool.
- Strong experience in process architecture design and development and integration in other Enterprise architecture areas.
- Experience in process modelling, standards, architecture and governance.
- Experience in successful client engagement and consulting services delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in successful management of small teams.
- Successful application of project delivery and management principle.
- Demonstrated experience with people change management.
- Business Process or Enterprise Architecture Framework(s) and its application.
