ServiceNow Consultant / Business Analyst - Melbourne CBD - Permanent OR contract to permanent basis
My client is a large well known organisation based in the Melbourne CBD. They have a unique opportunity for a solid ServiceNow Consultant / Business Analyst to join on a permanent or contract to permanent basis in their growing team. This role would ideally suit someone with some experience with Service Now.
Key Requirements for ServiceNow Consultant / BA
- Strong ServiceNow implementation skills
- Experience in configuring OOB applications and modules as well as building custom applications in the platform to meet business functions
- Strong business, functional and technical capability
- Ability to gather functional requirements for application development, enhancements etc.
- Ability to convert of functional requirements into technical specifications and architecture documents
- Ability to understand and resolve technical issues
- Analyse and design new business processes
- Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
- Develop solutions to major changes
- Evaluation of solutions to match business requirements
- ITIL ServiceNow certifications preferred
