Role - Junior Product Specialist

  • Work with client base to respond to technical issues and queries from clients
  • Become an expert in the product suite, including becoming certified 
  • Solve complex technical support issues both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Be a product champion to both clients and internal teams 
  • Educate and train clients via phone and email on aspects of platform currently and as they arise
  • Actively troubleshoot and test processes to discover gaps in functionality
  • Develop consulting and client skills to further your career path into new areas of organisation

You

  • Must have a completed Bachelor's degree in a technical field (information systems, computer science, statistics, mathematics, science etc)
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus 
  • Graduated with strong academic record with desire to accelerate your career with one of the world's best companies 
  • Work in Australia with no restrictions (Must have PR/Citizenship) 
  • Experience in a technical support role (could be casual whilst at uni), tutoring or some kind of problem solving work
  • Passionate about emerging technologies 
  • Strong level of curiosity
