Senior Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst / BA - Melbourne St Kilda Road - Permanent OR contract to permanent basis
My client is a large well known organisation based in the Melbourne St Kilda Road. They have a unique opportunity for a solid Senior Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst / BA to join on a permanent or contract to permanent basis in their growing team. This role would ideally suit someone with some experience with Salesforce.
Key Requirements for Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst
- Proven Salesforce implementation skills
- Experience in configuring OOB applications and modules as well as building custom applications in the platform to meet business functions
- Strong business, functional and technical capability
- Ability to gather functional requirements for application development, enhancements etc.
- Ability to convert of functional requirements into technical specifications and architecture documents
- Ability to understand and resolve technical issues
- Analyse and design new business processes
- Work with the business architect and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
- Develop solutions to major changes
- Evaluation of solutions to match business requirements
- ITIL Salesforce certifications preferred
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and minor works
- Ability to provide and present technical solution options to key stakeholders with best practice recommendations
