Level 3 Technical SupportAn exciting opportunity is available for a Level 3 Technical Support Representative to provide level 2 and 3 support across a large number of technologies and platforms. This role will suit a strong communicator with a customer focused approach.
The successful applicant will be/have:
-
An effective communicator who is customer focused and a team player
-
Demonstrated ability to provide technical support as well as maintain and troubleshoot network systems
-
Excellent telephony skills
-
Responsible for providing a high level of customer support
-
3+ years experience of progressively responsible experience
-
1+ years experience working with an ISP/MSP
-
Cisco Certified Network Associate and experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and firewalls
-
A undergraduate degree in IT or the equivalent in training and experience
