Level 3 Technical Support
 
An exciting opportunity is available for a Level 3 Technical Support Representative to provide level 2 and 3 support across a large number of technologies and platforms. This role will suit a strong communicator with a customer focused approach. 
 
The successful applicant will be/have:
  • An effective communicator who is customer focused and a team player
  • Demonstrated ability to provide technical support as well as maintain and troubleshoot network systems
  • Excellent telephony skills
  • Responsible for providing a high level of customer support
  • 3+ years experience of progressively responsible experience
  • 1+ years experience working with an ISP/MSP
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate and experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and firewalls
  • A undergraduate degree in IT or the equivalent in training and experience
