Our government client requires a talented Infrastructure Engineer / Technical Analyst for a period of 6 months.

Personal Qualities

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in infrastructure architecture, data centers, servers, and networks
  • Experience with Virtualisation Technologies such as VMWare and Hyper-V
  • Knowledge and skill sets to install, configure, maintain and support networks
  • Substantial experience working on technically complex IT projects with multiple stakeholders at a senior level
  • Experience with vendor relationship management and 3rd party resource facilitation.
  • Experience in technical writing including business requirements, functional requirements and related documents.
  • Experience developing and managing direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure collaborative approach to developing solutions.

Desirable Skills

The following skills will be well regarded:

  • Experience designing, integrating and managing complex infrastructure solutions
  • Good level of knowledge about Data Centre Operation and Management procedures
  • Experience or ability of developing and documenting operational processes
  • Health industry experience and general familiarity with clinical terminology, data and systems.
  • ITSM transformation experience
  • Change, Release & Test process knowledge and experience
