Responsibilities include;

·         Serving as the first point of contact with excellent customer service for clients seeking support through phone, email and in-person onsite

·         Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques 

·         Providing accurate information on IT services and support

·         Escalating support issues to the relevant technical support

·         Experience with Windows server, Active Directory and MS Exchange


 

Technical Skills;

·         OS support and troubleshooting experience - 7 to Windows 10

·         Windows Server 2003 to 2016

·         MS Active Directory and Exchange 

·         Virtualisation - VMware/Hyper V

·         Backup management and maintenance

·         Ipad, Iphone, Android

·         Office365 (email)

·         "Standard" software installs (eg Adobe Reader, Office, AV etc)

·         Basic Networking Skills

·         Understanding of Wifi, VPN and Cloud Technologies

The ideal candidates will show a real passion for the industry and a willingness to learn. 


More than anything you will need to have impeccable communication skills and be able to provide a top level of customer service to a wide variety of small and medium size enterprises. Salary will be based upon level of experience/education
