About the role
We are currently looking for a permanent, full-time Service Desk Support operator for our Melbourne office. The successful candidate will provide first level on-call support to the firm's users with issues relating to hardware and software packages and operating processes.
About you
Ideally you will have:
- Experience working in a technical/helpdesk role in a professional services environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of core software packages including MS Office
- Highly developed problem solving and decision making skills
- An outstanding customer service approach
