Our client is seeking to add a HelpDesk Officer to their established team. This business supports over 10,000 users in a busy and dynamic environment. Confidence providing excellent customer service in a high call volume environment is a must. Key requirements include;

  • Must have experience in Active Directory/Troubleshooting/Password Resets/Other remote support
  • Must have experience with call logging software
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework required
  • Must have experience supporting & logging 30+ calls per Day
  • Must have proven skills to resolve issues beyound scripted material
  • Must have Australian PR
