In this role you will:

• Work with Data#3’s internal customers providing software solutions following the Information Services’ Agile methodology. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop user stories with stakeholders
  • Walk the product owner\SMEs through more technical user stories
  • Attend Daily Stand-ups
  • Attend and facilitate (when required) Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Planning sessions
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that sprint goals are delivered as per commitments made to stakeholders
  • Attend and manage User Acceptance Testing sessions when required
  • Provide ongoing support to Customers
• Optimise code including database queries, database structure, API calls
• Consider security aspects on all development projects
• Monitor system performance and optimize when required
• Follow software release processes including automation of release packages
• Assist with the creation and development of reusable Intellectual Property
• Provision of end user training and supporting documentation when required

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a successful IT development environment using a variety of technologies
• Proven experience working in a successful Agile team
• Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders at all levels within an organization
• Proven experience with the Microsoft .NET technology stream in particular the following:
  • C# .NET
  • ASP.NET MVC, Web API 2 and/or .NET Core
  • HTML5/CSS3
  • Javascript and related technologies
  • SQL Server (2012/2016, scripting and SQL Server Data Tools)
  • AngularJS
  • Powershell

• Effective oral and written communication skills that ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team
• A fast learner with a passion for technology
