About the role

You will have excellent communication skills where you are able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business, including key stakeholders.  You will propose solutions and options and seek approval from stakeholders through a well-documented business case or functional design. .
 
Responsibilities include;

• Lead and Manage Test Execution of ICT programs
• Manage a team of UAT Test analysts to ensure business objectives are met on time.
• Interact with key Stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure program outcomes are met
• Support the project team in leveraging testing tools to improve team productivity and effectiveness (Test Management and Defect Management)
• Generate and communicate test status reports and provide guidance.
• Management and communication of risks and issues pertaining to vendors and associated dependencies

Skills and experience

• A strong background of working as a Test Lead/Manager for UAT.
• Experienced managing UAT projects,
• Strong Test process experience
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communications required (verbal, written, reporting), with good presentation skills
• A self-starter who is a user-focused, detail-oriented, and an enthusiastic team player
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint skills
