About the Role/Duties
Due to this continued growth, a need has arisen for a dynamic and friendly Applications Support Analyst to join their team. The role will work within a high performing team and will be accountable for:
- First line application support for a diverse range of applications including the company’s CRM, ERP and POS systems;
- Working closely with business stakeholders to define, document and understand business requirements;
- Project management from design, communication, scope, project plans to implementation;
- Deployment of solutions;
- Business process re-engineering through applications; and
- Providing training and support for minor systems modifications.
Skills & Experience
This role would ideally suit a highly energetic and hungry candidate with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Business Systems Analyst or Application Support Analyst role. You will have a broad range of skills across application support and business analysis/project management, and you will be keen to grow and develop your skills in a global company. You will have ideally supported a broad range of applications in the past, and will enjoy business partnering and adding value to internal stakeholders.
In addition to these technical responsibilities, you will possess:
- A fun, friendly, easy-going personality with a passion for continuous improvement;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A methodical approach to your work with a high attention to detail;
- Strong business partnering, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills; and
- An ability to work well in a team environment.
