Web Automation Specialist working on an IoT MedTech “connected devices” platform - BDD env.
Permanent position - A chance to get involved long-term and progress an online medical data connectivity platform and its’ associated MedTech product suite.

Description: IoT Web Automation Test Specialist - BDD
- Interpersonal skills – Clear communication of ideas within the team
- Experience in Testing planning and effort estimation in Agile environment (Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Test planning).
- Experience in at least one object oriented language (C# is best) – must be able to write code/scripts (not a coder per se but able to read/write code for the purposes of automating tests).
- The emphasis is definitely on the automation technical side – this is the most basic requirement, but a person who understands SCRUM environment properly would also score extra points.
- Testing within SCRUM based development lifecycle (the different roles, where do the requirements come from, where the acceptance criteria come from, estimations, planning and estimations, interactions with developers etc.).
- Experience in setting up automation testing environments from scratch.
- Setting up BDD automation environments (and maintaining/running the tests too – continuous hands on experience)
- Solid experience with Behaviour Driven Testing (SpecFlow or Cucumber will be best)
- BA oriented – Experience in definition of requirements and acceptance criteria.
Stack:
C#, .NET (or experience with other OOD languages) – over 90% of the platform’s tests will be automated; SpecFlow (or Cucumber); Jira Xray (test management); CI – TeamCity (or Jenkins)
