The Company

Customer service and people orientated focused business, our client has created a loyal and withstanding rapport with their customers and strive on keeping up to date with technologies. Based just south of the city, they are looking for someone who is enthusiatic, comes from an MSP background and can innovate new ways to support customers and provide the best service possible. Attitude is everything!

The Role

  • Providing solid Level 1 support with some 2nd line support included when needed
  • Business as usual support activities related to organisations diverse IT service offerings
  • Assist senior engineers with projects from time to time
  • Co-ordinating and implementing Service Change Requests and continual support of the IT Service Desk
  • Analysing root cause analysis and incidents - this will include producing and working with technical documentation
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, and advanced support teams
  • Ensuring call handling and written communications comply with all quality guidelines and policies

Your Profile

  • 1 -2 years prior experience as a Level 1 Support, exposure to Level 2
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within an MSP (high volume environment)
  • Able to provide innovative and fresh ideas to a standard service desk
  • A strong customer focus and ability to communicate articulately in technical and non-technical language
  • A willing, enthusiatic and motivated attitude to develop your knowledge and career
