About the role
  
These are two long term contract roles focusing on the delivery of a range of Salesforce projects. What is required is 2-3 Technical Project Managers that have a track record in successful Applications Projects.
  
Essential skills and experience
  
What is required is two Project Managers with a background in Salesforce projects. It is expected that while you are highly skilled around application projects.

• Proven experience with project delivery including software applications and platforms 
• Demonstrated understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Prince2
• 'Lead and deliver outcomes through technology'
  - Understand and manage dependencies between solutions
  - Identify and communicate what success looks like for the project and the challenges to deliver 
  - manage project financials
• Effective communication skills from CxO level down
• Commercial and business savvy to gain project sponsorship and stakeholder buy in
• Technical understanding of all aspects of the SDLC
• Aptitude for understanding business objectives and processes, to ensure projects deliver the expected benefits.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, and leadership skills in managing application development projects
• Ability to drive consensus amongst diverse business stakeholders
• Proven ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment
