Working with internal staff and companies in the Group as well as external clients.

The successful applicant will need to Coordinate and delegate the responsibilities of IT team with a hands on approach. Oversee the day-to-day functions of the department. Conduct training sessions with more junior employees so that they can be equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current. 

Require specialties such as networking, security, administration, data entry, software programming, web development or data testing. You will need to  have comprehensive knowledge and skills to guide all these professionals. Leaders are able to motivate teams and maintain a comfortable and conducive working environment.

Networking (Routing, Switching, firewalls):
Cisco, Juniper, VeloCloud (SDWAN)
 
Cloud Solutions:
Okta (SAML, SSO), Workday (ERP), ZScaler (Proxy and Security), AWS, GCP
 
Voice:
PureCloud (Cloud Voice Platform)
 
System:
Windows, ChromeOS, SCCM, Sophos (Antivirus)
 
Virtualization:
VMWare
 
Programming:
Python, Perl

• Keep abreast of changes in the standards, technologies or methodologies 
• Carry out administrative functions 
• Risk assessment and risk management 
• Give direction and guidance 
• Coach and mentor team members 
• Review assignments for accuracy and quality 
• Coordinate application of software releases 
• Develop and execute company policies 
• Attend meetings, trainings or seminars 
• Work with other departments
• Report regularly to management
