One of Australia’s leading insurance providers are hiring a Technical Business Analyst. This ASX leader are evolving and in a significant period of growth and innovation.

As the technically savvy person you are, support and lead end to end IT project requirements by driving the documentation of detailed business requirements and participating in the design, development, analysis and testing of business process and/or system changes.

To be successful in this role, you must have an adaptable personality to embed yourself into a highly collaborative and successful team.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional requirement specifications
• Facilitate requirements workshops with various internal stakeholders
• Conduct walk through sessions of change initiatives with stakeholders, developers and testers ensuring that all have complete understanding
• Deliver of multiple IT projects on time, on budget and
• Provide support and input into the system testing activities including participating in the development of the testing approach, development of test cases as well as the creation of testing scenarios
• Collaborate with technology partners to ensure that all functional requirements are addressed during development right through to implementation

About you

• 4-5 years’ experience in a Technical or System Analyst position
• Strong understanding of data modelling and entity-relationship modelling
• Solid experience in SQL, XML, API configuration and Agile project delivery
