You'll manage and support our existing customers identifying opportunities to further transform their businesses while driving new opportunities in new markets and countries.

As a Customer Development Manager you’ll know what it takes to succeed and do business in Victoria. You’ll have an impressive track record in technology sales with a fluency in talking technology business systems and closing complex software solution sales. Demonstrated sales experience in the region is highly desirable.

What you'll be doing... 
 
  • Developing close relationships with our existing customers to generate and close additional product, solution and consulting service sales 
  • Achieving target revenue by generating new product and solution business leads and closing sales with new customers across healthcare
  • Developing and executing against an annual sales plan for the assigned market territory including the identification and qualification new customers
  • Building a significant pipeline of new opportunities of 2-5 years out and have a plan to continue the aggressive growth 
  • Engaging with relevant existing customers, prospects and business stakeholders
  • Understanding customer's unique strategic objectives, buying criteria, political and cultural constraints, and decision making processes across the Victorian region 
  • Working with the Regional Manager to deliver strategic outcomes across the region
  • Providing accurate and timely forecasts 
  • Travelling – this is a client and prospect facing role. You will be expected to spend the greater proportion of your time with clients and prospects
