About the business
The VetPartners Family includes over 100 successful veterinary practices in Australia and New Zealand. The VetPartners Support Office IT Team is in St Leonards, NSW 2065; just a short walk from St Leonards Train Station.
Currently, VetPartners IT needs a Help Desk Support Level 1. The successful candidate is expected to do level 1 technical support with 3 years help desk experience. The salary is $55,000/year including super.
As Help Desk Support Support Level 1, the candidate will have a pleasant and energetic phone manner as well as good understanding of computers and networks.
About the role
The successful candidate will be the 1st point of contact for help desk support calls, log tickets in the Sysaid Help Desk System and provide 1st level technical support.
He/she will gain wide experience to many technologies including cloud infrastructure. There are senior technical staff who he/she will be able to learn from. Previous experience in Windows Server and Active Directory will be preferred.
