THE ROLE
Working as a member of the Data#3 Professional Services team onsite at our enterprise level customer you will be the Infrastructure Operations Team Lead providing technical expertise to the business while working alongside a team of ICT Infrastructure experts.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Manage the daily operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the network and network-related systems, such as servers, firewalls, remote access systems and all of business systems.
- Expert level of knowledge and experience with Intel-based hardware, VMware virtualisation technologies (vSphere, DRS, SRM, HA, DPM) and current Microsoft server systems (e.g. MS Exchange, WSUS), management tools and best-practices.
- Demonstrated understanding of core infrastructure technologies and concepts, such as:
- SAN/Storage technologies
- Desktop/Server Virtualisation
- Enterprise backup systems
- Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and business engagement skills
