Contract role for about 3 with strong possibility of an extension| Brisbane CBD | Level 1 and level 2 support | Large Government Department.

As Service Centre Analyst, you will report to the Service Centre Supervisors. You will be a member of the ICT Service Centre Team and be responsible for providing 24x7 operational tier 1 support and administration; for a large enterprise fleet of applications, databases and infrastructure supporting business-critical and specialised ICT systems focusing on incident, service request, and access management.

1st Level System and Hardware Support skills

  • Remote Control Support
  • Active directory user administration

  • This position WILL be required to perform duties after-hours on a scheduled basis
  • This position WILL be required to perform 24/7 Shift work
