About the role

We are looking for a mature minded, self organised and motivated Technician.  We specialise in the installation and technical support of business telecommunications solutions, including phone systems and associated network hardware and products including cloud, data, internet and voice solutions.

You will need to be smart, self reliant, and most importantly, be a team player.  This is a customer facing role and you will need to possess a positive attitude with a firm focus on customer service and satisfaction with an approachable and friendly nature.  Being proactive in trouble shooting and solving technical issues is essential.  You will need to have the ability to work well under pressure and possess good time management skills and excellent communications skills.

Skills and experience

A minimum of 3 years experience in ICT or Telecommunications industry.

Experience in configuring routers and switches is essential.

Excellent Communication skills.

Must be living in Australia 

Current Drivers Licence.

A criminal history check is a requirement of this job.

Desirable, but not essential:  Experience with Ericcson LG IP telephone systems, Lancom Routers, Lifesize Video Conference and So Wifi.
