We are looking for a highly motivated individual.   We are a small MSP/Cloud based provider with big growth plans over the next 5 years.   We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to assist us with the journey.     You will be responsible for our Data centre environment (including our multi tenant Desktop as a Service offering - using Citrix Xenapp and also our hosted exchange)  level 3 Support, End to End Projects as well as helping us improve our systems and processes.

Your technical knowledge must be comprehensive, covering a wide variety of IT systems and technologies. You must have a passion for IT and be the sort of person that if he/she doesn't know the answer, then will know how to find the answer. Training will also be provided to extend your IT knowledge.

Duties include:
• Administration and maintenance of our Hosted/Data centre environment, including IaaS, Desktop as a Service (Citrix Xenapp), Hosted Exchange,  Citrix Sharefile, Citrix Cloud Portal Services Manager
• Provide level 3 support to our client base
• Network/Server Administration
• End to End Projects
• Assisting with designing solutions and making recommendations to our clients.
• Development of Best Practices
• Maintain technical documentation
• Assisting with processes and growing the technical team

There is the possibility for advancement to lead the technical team.

To be successful you must have (Key Requirements):
• Minimum of five years I.T. support experience in a client facing role.
• Experience with the following technologies:
o Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012
o Citrix XenApp, Netscaler
o Active Directory
o Microsoft Exchange
o Remote Desktop Services
o LAN and WAN network administration
o firewall, routers and switches
o Backup management including image based backups
o Virtualisation
o SAN Storage
o VMWare
• Project Management Experience
• Must have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to research issues
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be clearly understood over the phone and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Victorian driver's license and own car

Qualifications Required:

• Microsoft MCSE
• Citrix CCP-V

Desirable:
• Connectwise expeirence
• Labtech experience
• VCP
• CCNA
